What you're buying

I sell digital downloads and physical goods through deeprelaxationmusic.com. Product descriptions on each listing tell you exactly what's included. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Digital downloads

When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to listen to it and use it for your own private enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sync to video, broadcast, or use the recordings commercially without written permission.

Physical goods

Physical orders ship to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for entering the correct address. Once an item is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside my control.

Refunds

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds on digital downloads or physical goods. If a physical item arrives damaged, or a digital file fails to download, email me at robertwrand@gmail.com and I'll make it right.

Intellectual property

All music, recordings, artwork, and text on this store are the copyrighted work of Robert Rand. Buying a product does not transfer copyright or grant any license beyond personal listening use.

Payments

Payments are processed by deeprelaxationmusic.com. Your payment details are handled by deeprelaxationmusic.com and its payment processors, not by me. deeprelaxationmusic.com's own terms and privacy policy at deeprelaxationmusic.com/terms and deeprelaxationmusic.com/privacy also apply to your purchase.
